2.1. All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to villas@stayvista.com.
2.2. Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the check-in date will receive a full refund, excluding any non-refundable transaction fees.
2.3. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date are non-refundable.
2.4. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or early check-outs.
3.1. Requests to modify bookings (date or room type) must be made in writing and are subject to availability.
3.2. Changes may incur additional charges based on room rates and availability at the time of change.

4.2. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur extra charges.
5.1. Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness and respect the hotel property.
5.2. Any damage to the property caused by a guest will result in charges to their bill.
6.1. Villa Gardenia reserves the right to refuse service to any guest violating the terms or engaging in inappropriate behavior.
6.2. The hotel may cancel a reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, offering a full refund or alternate arrangement.
7.1. Villa Gardenia is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during your stay unless caused by hotel negligence.
7.2. The hotel is not responsible for delays, power outages, or disruptions due to acts of nature or external factors beyond our control.
